Lamoni took Benjamin on the floor after the ceremony when they were all chatting and leaving.

His dad and grandparents came down for the ceremony. His mom wasn't able to be there because his sister had just had a baby in Utah.

Baby Peter

I'm 37 weeks now and feeling very ready to have Peter. :-) I try to remind myself it could easily be another 4 weeks...  Lamoni wants me to aim for his birthday on the 29th. We'll see. He dropped last week which makes it sooo much nicer. I can breathe again and sleep better - because I can breathe. Surprisingly the heartburn hasn't gotten better, but it's manageable.

Here's a bunch of weekly pictures since it doesn't look like I've posted any recently. Notice the difference from week 28 - beginning of the 3rd trimester to week 36. And he's only gotten bigger this past week! He has had a major growth spurt the last few weeks. I think he heard the midwife say she doesn't think he will be a 9 lb baby like Benjamin and he's trying to prove her wrong!

April 2016

Lamoni was supposed to be gone all day on my birthday with class and then we had appointments that evening so I envisioned a low-key day. I should've remembered Lamoni doesn't do anything low-key. He got out of his 3 hour afternoon class and arranged babysitting so he could take me to a fancy Mediterranean lunch! He showed up as my last morning student left with a cake he made from Krispy Kreme donuts (my favorite!!) and we left. It was a great birthday!

Benjamin's first recital - he played at my April studio recital. He played the first 4 notes of Peanut Butter Sandwich (he was extremely distracted). The video of it is too long to post 

My last recital with all my students! This is my last full week of teaching before things wind down to the 10 that I'm keeping.

Benjamin was invited to such a fun birthday party at this kids' gym. He played there for 2 hours straight barely stopping to eat pizza and cake.

General Conference at Faith and Jason's house

This is how Lamoni has spent every night for the past few months writing papers - not his favorite thing to do. Some nights staying up til 4 a.m. to get them done! He finished his last paper of his life (!) Saturday night at midnight. He has enjoyed every minute of his life since and I feel like I have the happy husband back that I married. :-)
