September 2020

I couldn't pick just one of these to post!

Liam's mouth is an extension of his arms. He carries things in his mouth so he can crawl with his arms.

He is enthralled with dogs.

We went to Frontier to get cinnamon rolls after family pictures. I think this was in October, not September.

We had a homeschool activity at the river where the boys got to race boats they made at home. I googled the fastest boat and it sure was! Both boys won 1st place in their divisions.

We let the boys ride in the 3rd row of our SUV without car seats one night going just a couple miles and they thought it was the coolest thing ever.

Sunday dinners at Grandma and Papa's are so fun.

We watched Katheryn and Nathaniel while Charity and Jarrett were gone for a weekend.

For Joy School we did pudding finger paints.

I think Benjamin has as much fun when we have Joy School at our house as Peter does.

Getting this trampoline at the beginning of COVID was one of the best "nevers" that I went back on.

For another home school activity we went to a farm and did a hayride and picked produce.

These two play side by side a lot.

At the zoo with some friends, because it finally opened back up! I liked Peter's solution to hold his carrot.

We're working on being a good sport. This game was even prepped with how to act when we don't win.

1st day of Joy School for Peter

Benjamin has been reading books to Peter.

Liam's new favorite location. So many things to pull out and dump!

Peter does a great job helping with Liam. And Liam tolerates it...mostly.

Dantes and Qunisa came to visit with Grandma. First time that we've seen them since before Covid started!

Trying to get Pumpkin to come out to play.

We went on a 3 day/2 night camping trip with our homeschool group. It was our first time camping as a family and a big learning experience! Only a few casualties happened - like the 2nd night when Peter was so cold so he climbed into Lamoni's sleeping bag and then wet (he never wets normally!). So then we had me, Peter and Liam in a sleeping bag, and Benjamin and Lamoni in the other. It was lots of fun. Luckily it happened the 2nd night and not the 1st!

9 month old checkup with Mary Lou Singleton

He quickly figured out how to pull books off the library shelves.
